About the role:
The Tech Lead provides technical leadership to a small frontend team building modular, high-quality interfaces for Nexus, the command-and-control interface for unmanned systems. The role is crucial for delivering a shared operational picture, even in the most demanding environments.

Key responsibilities:
• Design and maintain a scalable, component-driven architecture for a real-time, information-dense UI.
• Provide technical direction and support to frontend developers using Svelte and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews and standards.
• Help define the long-term frontend technical direction and maintainability.

Requirements:
• Proven experience technically leading or mentoring a small team (3–6 people).
• Strong skills in modular, component-driven architecture and UI state management.
• Comfortable integrating backend services and working with data-rich, real-time systems.
